Warming Instructions

Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees F. Pour 1/4 cup water in bottom of large roasting pan. Remove ham from packaging and place it flat side down in roasting pan. Cover pan with foil and place in oven. Heat for approx 10-12 mins per pound. Heat until internal temp is 140 degrees F.

Carving Instructions

Place the ham on a cutting board with the fat side up. While holding the ham firmly with a carving fork, slice at the tapered end (small end) with a sharp knife. Carve the ham on a slight biased cut to desired slice thickness. Continue carving the hamtoward the large end, cutting across the grain of the ham.
