When your BBQ arrives, the meats will be frozen or very very cold.

If you plan to enjoy your BBQ within a week of receiving your package, we suggest taking the meat items out of the box, leave them vacuum sealed, and put in your refrigerator. This will allow the meats to thaw nice and slow like the health inspector recommends.

Once your meats are fully thawed, follow the heating instructions included in your package or click on the link below...

If it is going to be over a week before the BBQ will be enjoyed, we suggest putting all the vacuum sealed meats in the freezer. Our tests have shown that the meats still taste fresh off the pit if left in the freezer vacuum sealed and frozen for about 9 months after you receive your package.
