We love doing everything we can to make you happy, but unfortunately we cannot slice any of the meats we ship or package them into special sizes.
We work very hard to ensure only the top quality meats are packaged for you, and the time that requires does not allow us to fulfill special requests. In the past, when we tried to accomodate special requests our errors and mistakes went way up, so we are sorry to say that we cannot ship any special sizes or pre slice any of the meats.
Leaving the meats whole also ensures a higher quality and better tasting Barbecue. A whole chunk of meat stands up to freezing and reheating much better than slices.
